Having grown up as a missionary kid where our family's income relied on donations, I'm working towards having my basic needs financed by passive investments in order to (1) have the freedom to pursue passion projects without relying on them for income and (2) give freely from a place of not-needing. The main strategy is real estate (currently rehabbing my personal residence and closing on a duplex in August) with the secondary strategy being creating some type of business.
Before 2024 ends, I want to weigh 171 lbs with <12% body fat, >146 lbs of lean mass, and <0.5 lbs visceral fat. I began the year at 159 lbs; currently I'm at 169 lbs.
